National Sales Manager

As a our National Sales Manager, you will be focus on building a positive, high-performance sales team. Managing their direction and development ensuring business goals are met and our customer base continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, train and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve both individual and collective success
  • Establish and monitor KPIs ensuring targets, sales conversion rates, revenue growth, and PSP retention are met or exceeded
  • Assist with sales presentations to prospective customers and professional services partners as and when required
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are being identified, pursued, and closed effectively whilst analysing trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure strategies are effective and forward-thinking by attending industry events, conferences and other relevant marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate internally with key stakeholders to ensure product offerings meet market demand and customer expectations
  • Build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and other sales and sales and customers related contacts
  • Attend local and national roadshows and industry events as and when required

To be successful, you need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to achieve results through others
  • High degree of business acumen, including market awareness and competitive intelligence
  • Experience with Customer Relationship and Content Management Systems

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in a professional services or a payroll environment

As this is a National role, there will be some travel involved.
