Timecloud seamless integration with iPayroll

On payday the approved interpreted hours worked confirmed in Timecloud will be imported into iPayroll and then the payroll will be processed as per usual.

Connect Timecloud with iPayroll

The seamless integration between iPayroll and Timecloud is managed by the Timecloud and iPayroll Support Team:

1. If you are already a client of both iPayroll and Timecloud, or a new client with either solution contact the Timecloud Support Team to assist you.
   Once connected you will then need to go to “payroll settings” in Timecloud and select the frequency. Then under “Payroll” click connect to iPayroll. This is a one-time process.
2. If you are Timecloud customer but not currently set up with iPayroll contact our Sales Team.
   Once onboard with iPayroll our Implementation Team will assist with setup, running parallel pay runs and ensuring the seamless integration with Timecloud is connected, as well as training your business’s relevant payroll person and/or team.
